These creative designs vary from ceiling designs which include standard products, to very complex and technically supreme interior plasterwork. Design support with advice and proposals as to suitable decorative mouldings, together with workshop drawings and method statements.
MATERIALS WE USE
Glass Reinforced Gypsum (GRC)
Glass Reinforced Gypsum is becoming increasingly popular for use as a very high quality interior cladding in new buildings. Modillion has carried out work in prestige offices, hotels, shopping centres and department stores. Designers have selected this material for the seamless finish, which appears flawless even with modern lighting systems. Secondly, shapes with sharply defined steps or lines can be achieved – giving the design a clean look. The tendency has been to use the material for simpler and modern, even minimalist, designs. We design and install lightweight metal support systems. The units can be relatively large and thus the site installation time is reduced – it is a prefabricated material. GRG is both durable and long lasting. It is also used for large columns and bulkhead claddings.

Jesmonite
Jesmonite is becoming increasingly popular for use as a very high quality interior cladding in new buildings. Modillion has carried out work some fine houses and interiors using this acrylic casting product. We have selected this material for use because of the many finishes that can be produced.
